Urgent Care

Valley Health Urgent Care is an urgent care center located at 1550 N Imperial Ave, El Centro, CA. We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, helping you get immediate care. Our Urgent Care is open late and after hours.
We also offer general urgent care, wound care, sports medicine-related injuries, on-site laboratory, sports physical exams, EKG, and imaging center including x-rays and ultrasound exams.
Busy work schedule? We accommodate Telemedicine urgent care visits and drive-through urgent care to accommodate your needs.
We provide care to all ages and all insurances, Cash payments are also accepted.
